Sharneen Hickey

Permanent Recruitment and Project Co-ordinator

I originally joined Asset Recruitment Ltd in 1994 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant until 1997.  After leaving to have my family, I re-joined the team in 2004 and in addition to recruitment, my role has developed to include project co-ordination and training and development.  Previously, I have worked in the manufacturing, building and telecommunications industries in predominantly office-based positions.

I recruit at all levels for Asset, across a broad range of industries and have been involved in the ongoing development of Asset's business procedures and strategies.  Asset has attained Tertiary status for the ACC Workplace Safety Management Programme of which I facilitate the Health & Safety policies and procedures for both internal and temporary employees.

We are always looking to keep abreast of market trends and technology, hence I have a number of exciting projects ahead of me - social media being one - I look forward to the challenge!

When I'm not at work I enjoy water skiing, gardening and am an avid enthusiast on the soccer side-line.
