Accounts Administrator

With more than 30 years in the industry, our Tauranga based client specialises in Body Corporate Management for a wide range of clientele across the wider central North Island.  They are looking to grow their team and are seeking a motivated individual to take on some of their accounts and administration functions.  The core responsibilities will include:

  • Checking, reconciling and processing accounts payable invoices
  • Preparing weekly payment schedules
  • Reconciling reimbursements and oncharges
  • Body Corporate database and portal maintenance
  • Daily receipting of monies received
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • General administration support

This role will be a great ‘next step’ for someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in an administration position with some exposure to accounts payable or receivable.   You will have an affinity with numbers, strong attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of reconciling.  Most importantly, your time management and communication skills will be well developed, and your ability to work well under pressure will be impressive.
