Creating relationships and sales opportunities for Property Managers!

At Lodge City Rentals, a role has arisen for a Business Development Manager to identify and grow new business opportunities, ideally you will have property management experience, so you have a true understanding of the property market.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with the sales team, developers and past and current owners of properties, working with clients and Property Managers to ensure a smooth transition, rent appraisals, attending auctions and branch meetings,  and keeping abreast of what is happening in the market.

Whilst you will need to be a ‘hunter and gatherer’, leveraging your sales acumen and relationship building skills, an existing database of relevant information will be at your disposal, so you will have support to leverage off and have initial contacts to foster.

This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to achieving outstanding results.  A crucial part to play in expanding the Lodge City Rentals brand and growth of the business.
