Customer Service Extraordinaire!

Our client is at the forefront of one of the largest sectors in New Zealand and offshore.  They are a sought after employer that provides great candidates the opportunity of learning about their multiple products and services in a customer service capacity, while developing the skills to progress within the organisation.  With 18 months experience in customer service, you will be able to apply for other roles in the organisation to further develop your career.

Key responsibilities in this position include:

  • Assisting their large and diverse client base with general and technical support
  • Exceeding both internal and external customer expectations by providing service that is second to none
  • Balancing queue and workflow requirements
  • Ensuring customer service results are achieved and targets are met

Great training is provided both initially and ongoing to ensure you are set up for success.  The candidates we seek will demonstrate a number of great attributes including interpersonal and customer service skills that are second to none, strong computer skills and an affinity with technology.  The ability to problem solve logically and contribute to solutions for the wider team is essential.

We are looking for a number of people to start mid-late August, and applicants must have a level of flexibility around starting and finishing times – shifts will typically start between 8.30am – 12.30pm Monday to Friday.  You may be a graduate looking to secure a career with a leading organisation that may offer long term opportunities, or someone who is looking for the next step in their career.
