The D V Bryant Trust is a well respected, charitable Trust whose primary objective is to enhance human welfare in the Waikato.
Established more than 50 years ago it was originally a service provider, however over the years it has evolved primarily into a grant maker to other charitable service providers. Family members of the founder are still actively involved in the Trust.
This part time role will offer variety, autonomy and challenge.
Working from their office in the CBD, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive and Board Chairman. You will meet and greet visitors, deal with incoming calls, prepare all management and Board meetings, manage the website and complete basic financial accounts. The Trust owns a number of commercial properties so you will also liaise with tenants and complete property administration.
Your experience in a diverse support role will be proven and your computer skills will be at a high level. The hours can be flexible however you will need to be available for the afternoon, bi-monthly Board meetings.
