Personal Assistant
We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant who is highly organised and can provide comprehensive support to a director and their leadership team. You will offer 5+ years’ experience supporting teams or individuals within an organisation, and the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. This role demands adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Anticipating the needs of the senior leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient support
- Acting as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions
- Actively managing diaries with efficient scheduling and coordination
- Producing high quality documents and presentations
- Managing agendas, meeting minutes and document preparation in advance of meetings
- Organising and maintaining records, reports and sensitive information
- Ensuring meetings, events, travel and training for the team is well organised
