Receptionist

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced receptionist/administrator with a minimum of two years office experience. Working with a diverse range of people, you will provide admin, sales and word processing support. Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls, entering data into a specialised computer programme, creating advertising documents and updating information on a variety of websites.

The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and presentation. You will have strong relationship, computer and communication skills and have the ability to work comfortably under pressure while prioritising effectively.
