I accidentally fell into the recruitment industry and have never looked back! I run our busy temporary/contract placement division and have been manager of Asset Recruitment since 1998. As an accredited recruitment consultant I am an expert at identifying top candidates with marketable skills. I love nothing better than matching candidates and clients. After 28 years with Asset I have extensive knowledge of the market. The greatest measure of my success is the high number of temporary candidates who gain permanent employment through their temping assignments. I enjoy the challenges of the recruitment industry and thrive on keeping Asset ahead of its competitors. While the competition in the recruitment market has grown over recent years I take pride in the continued reputation of the company. I firmly believe the success of Asset is the result of a team effort. No one person can take the credit.

I’ve always enjoyed building strong and effective working relationships. Working closely with our clients, I like to take the time to really understand how their business operates, the workplace culture, and any particular procedures relating to their industry. This ensures the recruitment process is as streamlined as possible, and that I match candidates that are the right fit to help drive their business’s productivity.
Throughout my career I’ve been privileged to work in all facets of business. Including overseeing all operations of restaurant businesses and guiding them to optimum performance, and more recently as the HR and Development Manager for a franchise of seven mainstream food restaurants across the North Island.
