Accounts Payable/Stock Control



  • Accounts payable experience would be desireable

  • Stocktake experience would be ideal

Our client, a well-established retailer in Hamilton is looking for a candidate who has experience with Accounts Payable and also happy to learn about the stock side of the business. This will add to your repertoire of skills.

You would be trained into:



  • Developing six monthly stocktake plans


  • Entering data into the system and producing variance reports


  • Stock integrity checks


  • Negative stock reviews and resolving any stock issues

Part of the role will also be attending all stocktakes, supervising and auditing the counts, processing daily cost changes and credit notes and liaising with the suppliers to obtain credits for returned goods and assisting the accounts team with Accounts Payable.
