Part of the corporate sales team based in Hamilton East you will be responsible for sales and administration tasks for the Orbit sales team, supporting the Commercial Account Managers.
This role offers a huge amount of variety – you must be able to demonstrate managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. Key areas of responsibility will include: Assisting and providing support to the sales team including reporting and sales information; marketing administration, providing online training and support when required. There is also an aspect of account management to this role where you will develop an understanding of an existing portfolio of clients, implement a call cycle programme, and provide added value services and solutions ensuring delivery of an inspiring service.
It’s a bonus if you have travel experience, but more importantly you will have proven sales support, intermediate administration or some account management experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to all levels of corporate customers is essential, as is an ability to prioritise and manage a substantial workload with accuracy and a smile.
