Administration Superstar!

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated administrator to join this fun and dynamic property team.  They pride themselves on delivering outstanding results to their clients, and to do this they require a supportive person who is adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively to support the Managers.   

You will be part of a friendly team that undertakes a variety of duties which will include:



  • Prioritising and responding to emails

  • Coordinating meetings
  • Collating and distributing documentation for meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Arranging and tracking maintenance quotes
  • Setting up and maintaining property files
  • Liaising with contractors

You will bring an open, collaborative and friendly style when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders,  have a high level of self-motivation, great time management and technical skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.  This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain skills in the property market as it will give you good exposure to all aspects of property and body corporate management.
