Administration Team Leader
Our client is a leading provider of auto electrical, mechanical and air conditioning services. They offer mobile technicians and a 24 hour breakdown service, and they have an extensive, modern workshop that their large team operates from.
This newly created position will be fast paced and full of variety! Managing a team of six that is responsible for administration, accounts and data entry, you will ensure workflow is consistent, deadlines are met and outstanding customer service is provided at all times. In addition you will:
- Manage the process of job sheets through to invoicing
- Authorise invoices for the release of vehicles
- Oversee and follow up all ‘work in progress’ jobs
- Manage supplier invoices
- Assist with month end accounts
Developing strong rapport with other business unit managers to ensure clients are looked after is a key aspect of this position. You will demonstrate effective problem solving skills, outstanding leadership capability and the desire to be part of a progressive business model. Your warm, caring and unflappable personality will impress as will your ability to build a strong team culture within a growing business.
