Join the Theatre team as their Administrative Assistant in delivering an excellent and professional service to internal and external customers –This is a stand-alone role so whilst there is a lot of team work involved, you will be carrying out all the administration responsibilities for the Operating Theatre Services Being very system driven, you will be responsible for surgical bookings, completing all documentation and data entry of ad-hoc and emergency theatre session changes, maintaining accurate information regarding staff rosters, preparing annual letters to surgeons, participating in the Charge Sheet process and maintaining system information accurately at all times. You are the ‘face’ of the Theatre so excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
This pivotal role is the hub for everyone involved in Theatre – you will be the ‘go to’ person for anything administrative so being calm, reactive and super organised will see your success in this role.
High level Excel skills for reporting will be a must – ideally you will have a medical background, although for the right person with the right attitude and skills full training will be provided.
