Administrator – 12 month fixed contract

Do you have previous administration experience within the manufacturing, maintenance or parts management space?  Are your analytical and organisational skills second to none?  Come and work for one of New Zealand’s largest clients in the CBD of Hamilton. 

In this fast paced and varied role you will be part of a project team that is developing functional locations for new and existing capital projects.  Liaising with project managers and site maintenance, you will ensure all relevant information is approved and correct.  This will involve processing large volumes of data, therefore your accuracy and attention to detail is critical.   We are looking for a candidate who can identify irregularities within the data between drawings and Excel.   You’ll enjoy working with procedures and understanding the logic behind them.  Ideally you will be confident using formulas on Excel although training on this can be provided.
