Our client offers a complete workshop service for any kind of engineering or hydraulic need on a farm, in the factory or on a boat. Their team provides a full design and manufacturing service for hydraulic cylinders of all sizes, repairs and servicing and expert machining for hydraulic systems and components.
The Administrator role plays a vital part within the company – providing administrative support for the whole HR function across recruitment, induction, remuneration, performance management, HR policy and procedures and employment exits.
You will also be involved in system and process maintenance, maintaining all records and other information that is relevant to their system by developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining administrative systems and processes to ensure effective provision of the service and accuracy.
Whilst providing support to the Manager, you will be actively participating as a member of the team and will be involved in health & safety initiatives.
A great all-round role – high level administrative skills will be required.
