Advertising & Marketing Co-Ordinator

Lodge Real Estate is a well-recognised, well respected Agency situated in Hamilton. Important to them is their commitment to ensuring excellent customer service to their clients by finding the right solutions within the property market.

Join the team in the marketing department taking responsibility for all the advertising and marketing, digital publications, creating corporate signage, invoicing and organising events. Graphic design skills will be essential with a keen knowledge of the Adobe Suite and Photoshop among the skills needed for this varied role.

As the Advertising & Marketing Coordinator you will be processing all the advertising bookings, creating of ads and placing, the layout of advertisements, creating magazine pages in Indesign, designing corporate stationary and signage, property proposals/marketing presentations for high end properties and other design and production of marketing material as requested.

You will also be organising the Lodge Annual Awards and the Christmas function so creative thinking in terms of invitations and themes. If you have a Graphic Design Degree and looking for a varied new role – we would love to talk to you.

There is a lot of liaison with all the Agents and Branch Administrators so strong communication and organisational skills will be your forte.
