The Colliers International (Hamilton) team is dynamic and focused on delivering outstanding results to their clients. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic, highly organised person looking for a varied and fast paced role within the Body Corporate Team. We are looking for someone who has the potential to learn the administration ropes initially and then step up into a more senior role within the team early in the new year.
The senior role involves a lot of client interface managing multiple clients, working knowledge of Unit Titles Act, proven ability to run/chair body corporate meetings, knowledge of financials, and exceptional time management skills. You will have worked within a property management or body corporate role previously.
You will confidentially support the team ensuring they have the correct information to hand at all times to allow for timely client interface. Initially the role will involve setting up meetings, ensuring information for AGM’s is accurately prepared. Recording minutes for AGM’s and arranging distribution. Arranging of quotes/approval of quotes/tracking of maintenance and insurance. Completing disclosure statements as required

Critical to your success are broad and well developed skills in communication and administration, outstanding time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will have a desire to be part of a fast paced team of individuals who work autonomously whilst providing support for each other.
