Body Corporate Support
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated administrator to join the team at Colliers International (Hamilton). This role sits within the Property Management group providing support to a team of Body Corporate Managers who manage an ever-increasing portfolio and pride themselves on delivering outstanding results to their clients. You will need to be adaptable, thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoying working collaboratively to support the team.
You will be part of a fun and friendly environment with a variety of duties which will include:
- Prioritise and respond to emails
- Set up meetings
- Collate and distribute accurate AGM documentation, including taking minutes
- Arrange quotes/approval of quotes/tracking of maintenance & insurance
- Set up and maintain company files
- Liaise with contractors
- Relief reception
You will bring an open, collaborative and friendly style when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, have a high level of self-motivation, great time management and technical skills and have the ability to manage changing priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain skills in the property market as it will give you good exposure to all aspects of body corporate management.
