Business Change Manager

12 month contract

The Business Change Manager is a key role that sits within our clients wider project team.

We are looking for a qualified Change Manager who can offer proven experience in gap analysis and Persona based impact assessments. You will have performed Business Readiness reviews and worked with the business to get them ready for change. You will also offer previous experience embedding change as defined by projects.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven ability to work well with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Understanding of change management techniques
  • Experience in managing a range of business and policy change projects
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

You will lead and facilitate change management activities whilst ensuring the successful delivery of business change initiatives.
