This newly created role will be an exciting challenge for the right candidate who can develop strategic and tactical plans to develop new business, identify scope for further growth of the business and who enjoys being out in the field. We are wanting a ‘hunter not a gatherer’. Although building on existing relationships will also be key to your success. Your ability to prospect for clients and handle all sales enquiries and taking an active role in the investor community will be essential.
The ideal candidate will have perhaps been involved in a start-up style or SME style business, but anyone who can roll up their sleeves, and a “get it done” attitude will suit this role.
Being self-motivated, you will have the opportunity to craft this role to ensure your ongoing success, you will be creating a lot of things from scratch. This is a brilliant opportunity to make this role your own and also reap the financial rewards.
A proven track record as a sales performer in an environment where you need to push yourself daily to achieve will be essential.
