We are searching for a motivated and ambitious Business Manager with a unique blend of passion, leadership and expertise to lead the team of the well-established restaurant Paddock to Plate. We have a good product, but we need your skills to execute with excellence. 

With an adjoining entertainment venue in a great location, this role offers a bright future for someone with vision, enthusiasm and solid hospitality business knowledge. 

This exciting role will encompass many factors, but your core responsibilities will include:

• Growing true to brand supplier relationships
• Establishing marketing initiatives that are impactful and drive engagement
• Creating and growing patron engagement and loyalty
• Leading operational excellence across front and back of house operations
• Attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring the team reflects the high standards of the brand
• Handling employment relations including front of house recruitment, training and performance management
• Booking, managing and promoting events and functions
