Business Support Officer

Our client is offering an opportunity to join an administration team which supports the delivery of educational services across the Waikato region.


They are seeking an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Joining the ministerial team, you will be assisting with the administrative side of processing ministerials so having the ability to understand legislation will be important. Co-ordinating information for media inquiries requires rapid responses with quick turnaround times. You will need to be calm under pressure. However, full training will be given to the successful candidate.


Essential to the role will be your attention to detail, an ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse groups and work well within a team. You must also have the ability to follow procedures and to resolve issues. Excellent skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint will be necessary.
