30 hours per week
We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to join a supportive, friendly and locally owned painting contracting team who are experts in their field and pride themselves on quality customer service. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing maintenance work, ordering supplies and keeping track of delivery schedules, setting up purchase orders, contacting maintenance contractors and managing the company fleet vehicles. You will set up and manage spreadsheets for maintenance work, providing reports as required, and keep training and health and safety data updated, as well as conduct spot audits onsite when required. You will have your finger on the pulse for what job is on at any given time and know what work is forecast for the future.
This is a varied and interesting role and will suit a well organised person with a good level of flexibility, maturity, initiative and common sense and who will enjoy being part of a tight team. You will be good with systems and have strong verbal and written skills. Hours for this role are 30 per week from Monday to Thursday – so you get to have Friday off! Located in Te Rapa and working out of modern offices with plenty of parking is an added bonus.
