Customer Relations Coordinator
Our client is a NZ owned private training establishment specialising in driver education, operator training and workplace safety.
As a first point of contact for client phone enquiries and web site enquiries you will be managing course bookings from initial contact through to day of attendance. Also working within the sales team to identify and develop new sales collateral and creating opportunities for new lead generation and upselling of all courses both public and on site.
We are looking for an exceptional sales driven individual who is proactive and has the ability to promote new products and be part of continuous improvement and customer retention. This is a busy role so having an understanding of lead generation channels and target markets will be essential along with 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales/customer service or B2B sales.
