Easy-claim Relationship Manager

Southern Cross Health Society Easy-claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form. The refund the member would normally receive from Southern Cross is paid directly to the practice.
The role of Easy-claim Relationship Manager is to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of medical professionals. You will ensure expansion of the network is increased across all specialities, and onboarding targets are achieved. You’ll do this by:
- Managing relationships with existing providers
- Managing queries and ensuring resolution of issues
- Identifying new providers to grow the network, understanding their needs to ensure successful onboarding
- Work collaboratively with the wider unit, focusing on improvements to the Easy-claim service
- Facilitate on-site Easy-claim system discussions / training as required
- Attend conferences as required in order to promote Easy-claim
Success in this role will require a high level of self-awareness, good and timely decision making, a strong drive for high performance, and a desire to be constantly learning. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about building strong relationships to grow the Easy-claim network.
