Our client imports and distributes a wide range of new and used tractors and farm machinery. They are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join their Morrinsville based team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Accounts Clerk will support the accounts payable team, as well as provide general administrative support to the organisation. Key responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, data entry, filing, reconciliation of creditor statements, and you will also be required to cover reception at times.
To be successful in this role you will have a positive outlook with a willingness to support the team, high level attention to detail and accuracy, and strong multitasking and prioritising abilities. You will also be proficient using Microsoft Office, and exposure to an Accounts Payable environment is an advantage.
