Export Documentation Administrator

Reporting to the Documentation Supervisor and Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for document administration for both domestic and export markets.
They have two operating plants in Hamilton and Morrinsville, however this position is located in Hamilton.
You will be checking and processing transport documentation for both domestic and export orders to ensure compliance and processes are completed. Working within the shipping and export documentation team, you will be ensuring all aspects of local sale invoices and designated export documentation is completed and also cover for other export documentation roles when on leave.
Important to this role will be maintaining up to date knowledge of all overseas market access requirements and assisting in companywide compliance in the documentation area.
This is a fast paced role where attention to detail is paramount – high volumes – high pressure!
If you have worked in Navision and Prodoc, this would ensure your success within this role – export documentation experience will be essential.
