Fundraising Manager

Are you a successful Fundraising Manager with demonstratable experience in a broad range of charity fundraising initiatives?

Our client is a large New Zealand charity that provides a critical service to the community.  Their Hamilton based team is made up of passionate people who are proud of where they work and what they do. 

This newly created position reports directly to the Group Head and liaises with a number of key stakeholders both internal and external.  As Fundraising Manager you will contribute to and execute an effective fundraising strategy, and your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing the tele-fundraising campaigns

  • Managing the bequest programme
  • Managing the payroll giving programme
  • Managing the community groups who fundraise for the Trust
  • Managing capital fundraising campaigns
  • Preparing large scale grant applications
  • Leading a small team

The successful applicant will demonstrate a minimum of five years previous fundraising experience within the not for profit sector.  Your relationship management skills will be second to none, and your ability to communicate effectively at all levels is critical.  Ideally you will have strong leadership capabilities and be motivated to make a difference in this exciting industry.
