We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Gardener to join a team working on a private garden based in Te Kowhai, Hamilton.

We require an applicant with enthusiasm and a desire to produce quality work. You must have a good knowledge of plants and gardening in general and be able to use a variety of garden equipment. Knowledge of chemical sprays will be essential.

Your responsibilities will include landscaping of the grounds, weeding, planting, pruning, edging, irrigating, and spraying. As part of the role, you will be doing mulching, plant removal, repotting, and replanting to the highest quality standards.

Duties may also include water blasting, house washing, spider and other pest control, clearing gutters and clearing leaves and debris.

You must be flexible in your approach and be able to work under your own initiative. Experience and a horticulture qualification preferred.
