Internal Sales Lead Generation
Our client is a registered private training establishment specialising in key areas of industrial training including: health and safety, heavy machinery operation, forklift operation, scaffolding, crane operation, working at heights and drive endorsements.
The Internal Sales Lead Generation role is responsible for new and current customer lead generation, implementation, and maintaining accurate customer information for their CRM system.
Your responsibilities will include generating new leads nationwide for Category A and B customers, arranging new customer appointments for the Business Development Manager and Account Managers, identify and develop new sales collateral relevant to the new business channel/market.
You will be running monthly reports, updating leads from the public course register and maintaining the integrity of customer data held on their Administrate CRM.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, and an understanding of a lead generation channel and target markets. Having the ability to build strong long term internal and customer relationships will be imperative in this role.
