Legal Secretary/PA

  • Based in Auckland City

Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their family law/litigation team in Auckland. Although initially a 2-3 month contract, this position could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and booking meetings
  • Billing
  • Document management
  • Copying/bundling of documents for courts
  • Filing with local/district and high courts

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years legal experience – ideally family law/litigation experience. The successful applicant will be working with three authors and dealing with clients.

  • High level of organization skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous knowledge of infinity software would be advantageous
