Our client is a small commercial and property-based law firm based in the CBD.

Our client is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support one of the Directors and the Legal Executive. Join a team of long-standing employees who enjoy working together and enjoy social activities as a group. There is certainly progression for the right person who would like to continue their career in law.

Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, drafting and proofreading letters, documents and settlement statements, managing and organizing files and records, diary management and other general duties relating to a law office.

You will need to have proven experience as a Legal Secretary with excellent organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

You will also need to be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and ideally Affinity.
