Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of the Accounting team, you will be responsible for month end financial reporting, assisting with strategic, business planning and annual budgets. You will also manage cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange risk. Important to this role, will be assisting with implementation and maintenance of Aber’s operating platforms, both hardware and software. Your main focus will be SQL database maintenance and having the ability to perform analysis with information that will be provided to you. Understanding data flow, integrating figures into Excel from an ERP system, maintaining and uploading financials into Excel, bulk data, stock issues and costing changes.
Your exceptional analytical skills and a passion for technology will certainly see your success in this role with the ability to load budgets into the accounting package and understand the data flow behind that with the right formats.
You must be able to extract information from data and communicate across varying parts of the business.
If you are commercially minded and have advanced Excel skills, an Accounting degree with strong analytical and reporting skills and knowledge of SQL then this role is ideal.
