Marketing and Selection Officer
Maternity Leave Contract ending November 2019
Our client is a leading provider of airline pilot selection and training through various programmes for individuals aspiring to become airline pilots.
The Marketing and Selection Officer will undertake the marketing, selection and communications activities which will include marketing and event management, development of marketing material, selection management, brand management and communication/public relations.
You will be supporting and working alongside the Recruitment Officer with selection assessments which involve facilitating interviews, group exercises and online assessments and also co-ordinating events such as open days, career expos and graduation events. Meeting trainees and their families and taking tours around the training centre will also be an imperative part of this role.
Creating and distributing marketing material, answering incoming enquiries, screening applications and, issuing training agreements will also be a big part of this varied role.
A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant position will see your success within this role.
