We are looking for a professional, proactive Member Support Consultant – Contact Centre to join their Hamilton based team. As a Member Support Consultant – Contact Centre, you will be working in a mini contact Centre managing an inbound queue and assisting their members with calls and queries. Some outbound calling will also be required.
Responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls from their members, out bound calling members, replying to online enquiries, and ensuring all forms of contact information are correct.
You must be able to demonstrate a mindset of agility and flexibility and have the ability to work in an ever changing environment along with excellent customer service skills. A high level of data entry and the ability to double check your work ensuring accuracy is a pre requisite.
