Office Administrator

8am – 5pm weekdays
 

Our client is a leader in the Hamilton real estate market, specialising in all aspects of real estate sales, including residential, lifestyle, rural, commercial, and industrial. 

They are seeking an exceptional Office Administrator who has the capabilities of providing an efficient, effective administration service to support the activities of the Residential, Lifestyle and rural sales team and ensures the office runs smoothly so that clients receive the best possible service.

This is a front line role whereby you will be welcoming and greeting clients coming into the office, answering incoming calls, managing email enquiries, preparing sale agreements and associated documentation, preparing flyers and window displays, uploading listings,  monitoring key sign in/out register, and assisting team members with admin tasks.

You will be a self-motivated team player with fabulous communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships across diverse groups.  Being professional with a positive “can do” attitude will see your success in this role.
