Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to support the day to day running of their busy St Andrews office.  The team is a kind-hearted bunch who care a whole lot about our future. In this role, you will provide support to the Group Manager, Centre Managers and Centre staff.   You will be the go between for external providers, centre managers, families and the organisation.   Your key tasks will include being a key contact and processor of the childcare system ‘Discover’, maintaining child records and filing, monitoring client invoices, processing payments and reports using Xero, managing the vehicle fleet, overseeing IT equipment set up, inventory, facilitating repairs and technical support. You will also be involved in ad hoc projects.

Ideally you will demonstrate:


  • Strong Microsoft knowledge (Sharepoint an advantage)
  • Exceptional people skills
  • An eye for detail & outstanding organistional skills
  • High levels of initiative
  • The ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong adaptability and multi tasking ability
  • Well rounded administration experience
  • Knowledge of accounts/invoicing
