Our client is a leader in the Waikato for the repair and service of audio and electronic appliances. Based in Te Rapa they have been a household name for over 50 years and are experts in the electronics field. Based at the front counter you will be the central administration hub for this small service related team, responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating and following up on jobs, receiving and checking parts, matching payments, updating job systems, and the overall smooth running of the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Booking in jobs from retailers and public customers
- Entering data, and updating orders
- Checking parts, prices and loading into system
The ideal candidate will thrive on multitasking in a busy environment while also providing superior customer service. Intermediate Word/Outlook and data entry skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
