About the role
This role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the business, maximising efficiency of farm equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Organising all aspects of service delivery, this role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise, no two days will be the same.

A typical day

  • Booking jobs and handling workloads with multiple priorities
  • Communicating with clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing the workflow and coordinating the team for effective operations
  • Scheduling maintenance of machinery and keeping up to date records
  • Collaborating with team members on jobs and updates
  • Answering calls and emails

About you

From answering the phone to reviewing work schedules, every day you thrive on creating a seamless operation with a meticulous attention to detail. You will provide excellent service and administrative business support with a positive and proactive approach. Ideally with a knowledge of farming systems or the willingness to learn.

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • An ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers, forging long-term relationships
  • High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel and other business applications 
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
