PA / Senior Administrator

We are looking for a number of experienced PA’s/Senior Administrators to fill long term temp assignments with some well-known organisations in Waikato.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Complex diary management and coordination
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Managing agendas and meeting minutes
  • Actively managing a busy inboxes by recognising and prioritising critical issues
  • Producing high quality documents and presentations

We are looking for individuals with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will offer experience working with large and complex documents and the ability to build strong working relationships. You will be able to pick up new systems easily and analyse data as required.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task

Although initially a temporary positions, these could lead to permanent roles for the right candidates.

The successful applicants are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid, which will include booster vaccinations.
