Part Time Administrator

20-30 hours per week


Our client operates a boutique consultancy in the CBD of Hamilton.  This newly created position will support the Manager and his small team with administration tasks including:



  • Diary management and scheduling of jobs

  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Project administration
  • Booking travel and logistics
  • Organising supplies and services
  • Database and equipment management
  • Maintaining the H&S programme
  • General office support

To compliment this high performing team you will be a process driven individual with strong communication and organisational skills.  Your attention to detail will impress, as will your pragmatism, sense of humour and motivation.  Past experience in a business aligned to consultancy engineering, building, architecture or resource management will be an advantage but is not essential.


There is flexibility as to how the hours are worked but you would be required to be in the office 4-5 days per week.  There is also some flexibility around school holidays.
