Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Approx 25 hours per week

Reporting directly to the Accountant you will enter and process timecards on a weekly basis, process the monthly salaried payroll, upload PAYE and other IRD associated payments, and prepare cashbook entries for wages and salaries.  Ensuring all employee records are current will be an important aspect of this role, as will preparing employment contracts for new employees.  In addition you will provide general administration and reception support. 

Key to your success will be a strong payroll background combined with well-developed computer and problem solving skills.  As our client will soon embark on the automation of their payroll system, any previous experience in this space will be advantageous.  The ability to work at pace is essential as is a passion for working in an often changing environment.
