Payroll and Debtors Administrator
Our client is well known and highly respected with a dynamic team that supports all functions across all sectors of the business. A new role has been created to support the Payroll & Debtors Manager and will include payroll for 230 + employees over a fortnightly basis, provide training to all new staff on the payroll system, and ensure all leave registers are maintained. You will be assisting staff with any payroll enquiries, preparing staff contracts, staff HR letters and assisting with debtor management.
Having a good understanding of employment and HR legislation is desirable along with a solid background in a large payroll function. Previous experience working with both collective and individual employment agreements is preferable.
This role will suit someone who is process orientated, but can also problem solve and work through complex calculations, intermediate to advanced Excel skills are also required.
