Procurement Support

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager you will:

  • Monitor and action all procurement correspondence
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Process credit requests for returned product
  • Receipt inwards goods
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements
  • Assist with stocktakes
  • Research for competitive pricing

Essential for this role are advanced customer service and communications skills, along with well-developed administration experience and attention to detail.  An inquiring mind along with the ability to identify anomalies is preferred, and the ability to be flexible to assist in several areas of the business is critical.
