Our client is in the business of protecting property investments, but they are also passionate about delivering a high-quality service to property owners and tenants.

A great opportunity to join a team of professionals providing administration support, ensuring the smooth running of the office by responding to all incoming calls, receipting of rent/bond payments, management of property keys for Property Managers, tenants, and suppliers.

From an administration perspective you will be processing new tenancy agreements, renewals and variations of tenancy agreements, word processing and associated administration tasks.

For the right person with the right attitude there is also opportunity to grow and develop your career within property management.

We will be looking for an engaging, personable, and enthusiastic person who enjoys working and supporting a team. You will offer a high level of computer literacy including the Microsoft Suite, excellent communications skills both verbal and written and a flexible attitude with the ability to re-prioritise tasks as required.
