An opportunity has become available for an exceptional customer focussed individual to join their team. Your primary duties will include answering incoming calls, office typing and maintenance of the real estate computer listing system, database control and managing reception. A driver’s licence will be required as your responsibilities will also include working in the branch offices when the current receptionists are on sick or annual leave. This would suit someone who enjoys a variety filled role within a fast paced environment.
Key attributes sought include suitable previous experience, an engaging and vibrant personality, excellent presentation and communication skills. The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use your initiative is a must. Experience within the Microsoft Suite will be essential.
