Receptionist / Administration Support

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a busy central office that undertakes fundraising and marketing.  Our client operates in an exciting and fast paced environment, and to compliment their high performing team they are looking for a new team member!   


As the Receptionist/Administrator you will be the face of the organisation and the skills you will bring to this role will include…


You will bring:


  • Exceptional customer experience; face to face, written and telephone
  • A background in administration and reception
  • Ideally an understanding of accounts payable and receivable
  • An appreciation for the accuracy around data management and record keeping
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • A friendly and bubbly manner with great interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of delivering a valued service with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload
