Receptionist / Administration Support
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a busy central office that undertakes fundraising and marketing. Our client operates in an exciting and fast paced environment, and to compliment their high performing team they are looking for a new team member!
As the Receptionist/Administrator you will be the face of the organisation and the skills you will bring to this role will include…
You will bring:
- Exceptional customer experience; face to face, written and telephone
- A background in administration and reception
- Ideally an understanding of accounts payable and receivable
- An appreciation for the accuracy around data management and record keeping
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- A friendly and bubbly manner with great interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of delivering a valued service with a can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload
