A fantastic opportunity has arisen at their Hamilton East branch for an engaging and vibrant customer facing receptionist who knows the importance of building relationships within the workplace and the wider community.
This busy front line role will consist of greeting all incoming visitors, answering phones and taking messages, cash handling and banking, supporting the property managers with administration tasks, database maintenance, ordering office supplies and filing.
This is a busy environment, so your positive “can do” attitude and ability to help out where needed will be appreciated, along with your keen eye for detail and being able to work to deadlines. You will have the necessary self-motivation to work autonomously but still very much be a team player. Excellent computer and communication skills are required.
