Due to significant growth we are looking to add another ‘Superstar’ to our team. Working predominantly in the area of permanent recruitment you will join a high performing team that works hard but knows how to have fun. Key areas of responsibility will be:
• Meeting with existing and new clients to discuss recruitment needs
• Advertising and promoting available positions
• Screening and interviewing candidates for current and future positions
• Talent identification and engagement
• Providing ongoing support to clients re market rates & trends
• Networking at local business events
• New business development
To ensure your success in this position, you will offer a broad and well developed skillset, ideally gained through a variety of past positions. Previous recruitment experience is preferred, however if you can demonstrate outstanding motivation, self-management, adaptability and interpersonal skills, we are keen to hear from you. Ideally you will have 5-10 years’ work experience and be looking for a long term position in this exciting industry.
