Due to significant growth we are looking to add two additional ‘Superstars’ to our team. One Consultant will focus on the temporary industrial sector and the other will work in the permanent or temporary white collar division. You will join a high performing team that works hard but knows how to have fun.
Key areas of responsibility will be:
- Service and develop existing client relationships
- Advertising and promoting available positions
- Screening and interviewing candidates for current and future positions
- Talent identification and engagement
- Providing ongoing support to clients re market rates & trends
- Networking at local business events
To ensure your success in this position, you will offer a broad and well developed skillset, ideally gained through a variety of past positions. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate outstanding motivation, self-management, adaptability and interpersonal skills. Previous exposure to recruitment consulting is essential. Ideally you will be looking for a long term career in this exciting industry.
