Sales Support Co-Ordinator
Our client is a registered private training establishment specialising in a number of key areas of industrial training. They have an established reputation for quality and reliability of its training services and programs with extensive NZQA accreditations.
Due to changes within the business and a focus on growth, we are now recruiting for an outstanding customer service person with a strong focus on sales. You will be the first point of contact for client phone and website enquiries and maintaining the integrity of the database. You must have the ability to create opportunities for new lead generation and upselling of all courses, public and/or on sites.
As with the current team, being proactive in areas of continuous improvement in processes and products will be equally important along with positive working relationships with all the trainers, administration staff and the sales team.

An understanding of a lead generation channels and target markets and at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales/customer services roles will see your success in this role.
