The Senior Administrator will sit within the corporate administration team, providing comprehensive staff administrative support. Duties and responsibilities include;
- Diary management
- Liaising between management and other key parties
- Event management and coordination; ensuring venue, caterers and equipment requirements meet customer expectations and budget requirements
- Raising purchase orders
- Proof reading and formatting reports as required
- Other general administrative tasks
Key to your success in the role, you will be highly organised and methodical, have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills are also key, as is the ability to build strong working relationships.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a full, current and clean driver’s license is essential.
