Senior Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will operate at a senior level using experience to ensure procurement best practice is adhered to. You will advise on the most efficient way to work with third parties including the creation and execution of sourcing activities. A good understanding of risks and benefits in reviewing contracts during negotiations will be key in this role.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the importance of time management and prioritisation. You must be able to react quickly and be articulate and literate, whilst comfortable presenting to often challenging and critical audiences.
Sourcing and negotiation experience will be essential. Engineering and/or capital project experience is a definite advantage.
